EMT-Enhanced and National Registry
EMT-Intermediate '99 test sites. The
schedule for test sites is located to the right.
To register for a test site, complete the form
below and click submit. Completion of the
form does not guarantee a registration for the
test site. Applicants will receive
notification reporting the status of the
registration. Registration is based on
available space at the test site. The
applicant is responsible for the National
Registry application and/or test site fee. |
