EMS
Week Planning Kits Mailed to Virginia EMS Agencies
The
2004 National EMS Week Planning Kit is being mailed to each Virginia EMS
agency during the week of March 22, 2004. The kit is designed to assist
local
EMS agencies with planning and conducting special activities during
National EMS Week, May 16-22, 2004. This year's EMS Week theme, "
EMS
: There When You Need Us," emphasizes that no matter what the
emergency or when it occurs,
EMS
is there to provide immediate life-saving care and transportation.
The
kit contains EMS Week proclamations, clip art, children's activities,
fact sheets, "how-to" suggestions, ideas from other
EMS
agencies and an official products catalogue. For additional
