It is with much
pleasure that the Executive Committee announces the appointment of
David Cullen as the Executive Director of Central Shenandoah EMS
Council. David is currently employed with the Virginia Office of
EMS as the Enforcement and Compliance Manager. Prior to his
current position with OEMS he served as the Executive Director of
the Thomas Jefferson EMS Council in Charlottesville. David’s
previous education and experience will be of great benefit to our
council as we strive to provide quality service to the EMS
agencies in our region. Please join us
